I know what it’s like to beat yourself up after mistakes.
As a college basketball player, I wasted so much energy getting in my head and worrying about letting everyone down. My teammates would say "it's okay" and to "just keep shooting", but I didn't always know how to move on confidently.
That experience inspired me to earn my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and create the RESET program, a proven framework that has now already helped hundreds of athletes build confidence, recover from mistakes, and play with composure under pressure.
My goal is simple: to give athletes the mental skills I wish I had when I was competing so they can trust their training and perform with confidence.Â
