INTRODUCING RESET

RESILIENCE AND ENHANCEMENT IN SPORT, EXERCISE, & TRAINING

Grounded in evidence-based research, RESET is a program that supports adaptive coping, well-being, and sport performance. Throughout this resilience course, you will learn various tools and skills to help you “bounce forward” more effectively from setbacks you face in sport and in daily life. RESET is adapted from the Mindful Self-Compassion program, that was developed by Dr. Christopher Germer and Dr. Kristin Neff, and is geared for individuals within sport and performance settings

ASHLEY KUCHAR, PhD

Ashley is Founder of Fail Better Training LLC. During her doctoral degree at The University of Texas at Austin, Ashley worked alongside Dr. Kristin Neff and developed the RESET program. She tested the effectiveness of RESET with over 250 NCAA student-athletes.

Danae Frentz, MSc

Danae attended The University of Alberta in the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation. Her thesis research focused on adaptive coping among university athletes. 

Lani Silversides, MST

Lani is a 16+ year educator and coach. She specializes in the intersection of sport and positive psychology for optimizing performance and well-being.
